The person behind the work

I founded The Ark Group in 2012 and it now functions under Aurelian Group, which brings together consulting, a skills academy and ventures in travel and social welfare.
The work is simple to describe and hard to do well: help people think clearly before they speak, and speak so that something changes.

I practise from Srinagar across India and beyond, building programmes, frameworks and conversations that people can use on Monday morning.

My work sits where learning, psychology and performance meet. Over 18 years I have worked across India, the Middle East, Europe and North America, and I have lived, studied and worked in Scotland, England, the United States and India. That range lets me bring global frameworks into rooms in Srinagar and Delhi, and local understanding into global ones.

I hold certifications in coaching, instructional design, applied psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy practice, and I advocate NACE competency-based education in Jammu and Kashmir.
