About

The work behind the words

I founded The Ark Group in 2012 and it now functions under Aurelian Group, which brings together consulting, a skills academy and ventures in travel and social welfare.
The work is simple to describe and hard to do well: help people think clearly before they speak, and speak so that something changes.

I practise from Srinagar across India and beyond, building programmes, frameworks and conversations that people can use on Monday morning.
